We’re thrilled you’ve chosen to host your meeting in Western Montana’s Glacier Country, and we want to ensure that your group doesn’t just have a positive experience, but an exceptional and authentically Montana one, from arrival to departure. That’s just part of our western hospitality.
We have an extensive photo library that can be used to help promote and encourage attendance at your Montana meeting.
2. Welcome LetterWe love welcoming new people to Western Montana. If you’d like a personal welcome letter to greet folks upon arrival, let us know. And if you’d like to have an in-person welcome at your event, we can arrange that as well.
3. Visitor GuidesEach year, we publish a visitor guide that provides a thorough overview of Western Montana’s Glacier Country, from sites to see to nearby activities and the scoop on local arts and culture. These guides can be placed in attendees’ rooms or sent to attendees in advance of the conference to generate excitement.
If you would like a Glacier Country Travel Guide sent to your attendees, please submit an attendee list here at least six weeks prior to the event. Or if you’d like cases of travel guides shipped to you, drop us a note and let us know how many you need.
4. Service ReferralsMusic and Entertainment: From comedians to Americana bands, Western Montana has abundant entertainment options for your corporate retreat or convention. With so many choices, we guarantee you’ll find the perfect entertainment for your event.
